The location and a good size room (in a superior room)

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the very centre of Cannes, 5 minutes of walking distance. The personnel is very nice and smiling.
The balcony view was obstructed by a wall but for a night was ok and it was stated on the reservation papers.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The location was convenient as it was just a 3-minute walk from the beach and the bustling crossette. We also loved being on Rue D'Antibes at the quieter end, away from the noise. The room was comfortable with clean bed linen and fresh towels provided daily. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The staff were polite and efficient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a good selection of options. the hotel had a rooftop swimming pool and a wellness area for relaxation.
The parking facilities were limited and required an additional fee.

We 100% recommend the place to anyone. The hotel has nice interior design and a charming atmosphere.- It is located just next door to Palais de Festivals, the waterfront, and main areas.- The breakfast was relatively cheap and offered a wide array of meals.

Porters were friendly this is the only nice thing I can say for this hotel
Reception staff were rude and snotty like they we're doing you a favour by even talking to you. The room was very dark, poor lighting, balcony was hidious, it had a tiny table with two small chairs that was all walled in. The rooms adjacent could see into our room meaning we had to keep the blinds pulled all day. Location wise its not great either- all public beaches are the other end of Cannes, and most of the good restaurants.

The staff was consistently courteous. The room was well air-conditioned with a kettle and iron.I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again.Suggested rewrite: The room was equipped with a kettle and iron, and the air-conditioning was excellent. I enjoyed my time so much that I didn’t want to leave and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had an amazing time at Eden Hotel & Spa! The Jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool were incredible, providing the perfect relaxation after a long day exploring Cannes. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day off right. The modern and clean rooms added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. The location on Rue De Antibes was ideal, with easy access to shopping and nightlife. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip!

Impeccably clean hotel, and the staff were really helpful and always welcoming, location was perfect close to the sea. Location: the property was right by the city's main shopping street, train station, shops, supermarket and beach, and great transport links to other costal beaches/areas. The service was very efficient with parking next to the hotel.

our stopover at a hotel in Cannes was pleasant, but Eden Hotel & Spa stood out. Perfect location, right on the main shopping street and a short walk to the beach. The friendly staff and clean rooms with an espresso machine made our stay delightful.
Rooftop closed for guests.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us advice on parking and other amenities in the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the separate toilet and shower, which was convenient when getting ready with others.
The lack of mirrors in the room. There was only one mirror inside the wardrobe, which was poorly lit and not ideal for getting ready.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and the location is right in the shopping district and convenient if you like shopping.
The room is a little bit dark, more light would be better.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, not a lot of choices, but the quality is very good and the prices are very moderate.
The breakfast is good, with lots of choices, but I think 20,00 Euro per Person is too much.
